Until May 1, 2018 (postmark date), we are accepting postal submissions from incarcerated people. We believe that incarcerated people are people. This call is open as to form and content. This call is to an extent an experiment to gauge interest. SASE/postage-paid postcard must be included for response; we anticipate a turnaround of six weeks. Include an artist bio of no more than 50 words; include a mailing address for print copy delivery if different from your return address.
